Well first and last time I order anything at Apollo.. I called at 11am to get some Brisbane river pebbles delivered one m3 and they said between 12-3pm 3.10pm came and still no delivery.. When I called he said we are just loading in now... If I didn't call I wouldn't of got my delivery today...

I called this week to order 70 bags of concrete, but they delivered 70 bags of cement to my site instead. When I called to tell them about the mistake, they said I had to pay an extra $200 delivery fee and a 20% return handling fee — even though it was their mistake! The staff and manager even tried to tell me that their “concrete” is the same as “cement.” 🙄🙄 Very unprofessional and dishonest company. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Apparently, at this company, “concrete” and “cement” are just two fun words that mean the same thing — depending on what they feel like delivering that day. 😂 A truly innovative approach to business: confuse your customers first, then charge them extra for the confusion. Genius.

My dealings with this company have been excellent. I really had no idea what I was doing, And the team was very patient and super helpful. We ended up getting six of the mulch bulk bags delivered by crane into an inner city backyard, which was pretty difficult but the driver was fantastic and got the job done. The bulk bags are a perfect way to get the delivery! Really happy with the price and service overall.

Amazing quality products and service delivered to your door super quick! I had to returf my back yard after major plumbing works pretty much destroyed what was there. Sand and soil arrived promptly so I was able to prepare the space for some beautiful Sir Walter to arrive a couple of days later. The soil was superb, as was the service, I highly recommend Apollo Landscaping 👍
