Designer Image — Garden Design in Enoggera, QLD

We recently engaged DesignerImage for a retaining wall and fence replacement as part of our renovation, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. During the quoting stage, they were extremely thorough. They took the time to identify potential challenges upfront, including building over a sewer and the pool zone of influence. That level of detail gave us confidence that there would be no surprises later. The quote itself was clear, well structured and competitively priced. We were scheduled for commencement a couple of months after signing the contract, and even with rain leading up to the start date, the team began on time. That reliability was critical for us, as it allowed our other builders to plan and sequence their works accordingly. The team on site were professional and easy to deal with, and we are very happy with the final result. The retaining wall and fence look fantastic and have been completed to a high standard. We would definitely recommend DesignerImage and plan to engage them again for broader landscaping works once our renovation is complete.

I highly recommend Designer Image for landscaping. Bryce, Bailey and Sid were great to work with. They listened to what we wanted and suggested ideas. When the work commenced, the team always showed up when they said they would and their work ethic was admirable. Daily progress updates from Bailey were great - we always knew what was going on and what was coming up. His communication skills are top notch. Bryce also kept in contact giving us regular updates on when things were occurring. Landscaping skills aside, the communication throughout our project was incredible and not something we've experienced before. The end product turned out far better than we had envisioned - we love it. We will be certainly be using Designer Image again. Thanks for everything guys.

We have been using Designer Image for landscaping and fencing since 2008. This year we needed replacement fences, some with retaining walls, and our water tank removed. As has happened before, the quotes were timely and detailed. All work was carried out by skilled and polite trades people, managed by project Manager Brad. Due to the nature of some of the current structures on the fencelines, where there were issues they were discussed with us and neighbours and suitable solutions worked out. Lines of communication were excellent. With the removal of our tank, some extra landscaping needed to be done. This was carried out in a way that integrated well with existing garden beds. We do not hesitate in recommending using Designer Image for a range of garden projects that need skilled people.

I can’t thank Designer Image Gardening enough for the fabulous retainer wall with cladding, garden bed and turfing that they’ve just completed. I’m so excited every time I drive home and see this beautiful wall and am looking forward to planting my garden. They were professional at all times, communicated well and if they said they were coming they did. The quality of their workmanship and tradespeople was first class and they couldn’t do enough for us to ensure we were happy. This wall is such a highlight for the front of our home and has added so much value to the property. I highly recommend them to anyone thinking of a landscaping job - big or small. From the word go, from quotes to their tireless work to the eventual clean up and rubbish removal from the site, they were ultra professional.
