Bunnings Indooroopilly — Landscaping in Indooroopilly, QLD

This store seems to function differently to ever other Bunnings. The staff get rude and pushy around closing time, Ive even been locked out of using the lift to the basement because it was 9.01pm after I'd made my purchase. So had to walk around the long way. A big girl with red hair was still standing there with the key in the lift and says. We're closed!! They also remind shoppers every minute over the PA were closing in 20 minutes, 15 minutes blah blah blah.. constantly sometimes different staff one after another. Other stores remind you once every 5 minutes. These rogues think telling you over and over is going to make me run straight to the counter. Plus on several occasions when Ive taken items for refund, as part of the Bunnings return policy. Staff become hostile I even heard an older lady say. I bet if I take that out the back and plug it in, it'll work. Go on then.... Youll see it doesn't you bitter bitter human. Bunnings should mystery shop this store, they quickly see the seem to be under different customer centric management policy than other stores, where they go out of their way for you

If you find the typical Bunnings way too huge and overwhelming, this is the branch for you. Convenient location, friendly staff, never had trouble finding what I needed (my needs are simple though)

Convenient location. Hard to get any assistance, product layout makes it hard to find anything. Easier to drive to a bigger site then to walk around trying to find anything.

Month of visit: October 2024 The one-stop shop for your house needs! If you are looking for cleaning products, gardening tools, chemical for house purposes, give a try to Bunnings! I don’t have much to say or review but my experience was good here. The store is a bit small and hidden but all good.
