EcoQuiet Mowing & Garden Care Brisbane — Lawn Mowing in Kelvin Grove, QLD

We recently engaged Eco Quiet Mowing & Garden Care for a major clean up and mulching job at our building and were extremely impressed with the result. They took the time to properly inspect the whole site (even the difficult overgrown sections) before starting, which gave us confidence they understood the scope properly. Communication was easy, pricing was clear, and the team worked hard from start to finish. We were so impressed we are planning to get them to take over the regular gardening maintenance too. Would happily recommend them to anyone looking for reliable garden care services.

I work with tradespeople quite often, I have worked in Property management for 6 years and this is my first negative review with a company. I asked for Alek to clear the gardens and remove the trees from the property, after quoting me $1800 for 1 days work for 2 people I accepted. Alek came and left early at midday , my garden quarter-done, ignored the signed quote for the scope of works, changed the team and hours without notice, they literally only cleared the front garden, I asked him to review the signed agreement, and complete the work, he then offered 20% discount instead of completing the job. I asked them to complete the quote they threatened legal action. Which is not really a threat as Im in the industry , I have every email, communication & the signed quote, photos, and time-stamped messages showing exactly what happened. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend to Anyone who wants an honest tradesperson. This is not how honest Brisbane tradespeople operate.

Absolutely brilliant people to work with. Communication was transparent and patient prior to the actual work so i didn't feel like i was obliged to work with them until i was sure i was okay with the price which i really appreciated. And then when it came to the actual lawn care OH MY GOD they went above and beyond what i requested. The absolute legends William and Caroline i swear did everything they could think of that needed doing in our backyard within the time given to them and left us in a position where we barely had to lift a finger afterwards. Seriously, after practically a year without attention, they saved our massive backyard in just an afternoon. If you're looking for quality and thoroughness with very little assistance or guiding needed, these guys are perfect, i can't recommend them more

This was the first time I'd used EcoQuiet. What a wonderful experience! I had a very tall hedge trimmed, some pruning and the removal of a large amount of green waste. Aleks is very organised, prompt and has excellent communication. The team on the day, Martin and Okan, were efficient, polite and conscientious. I would highly recommend this company for any garden maintenance.

Alek and his team have been fabulous. They have always done my garden maintenance- lawn Mowing and kept a large patch (800m2) in inner city Brisbane very tidy…and with lots of large trees. When I went to put the house on the market, Alek was very obliging with the work that I asked of his team. Some things were out of scope (normally) and he did it at short notice and did an excellent job. He is understood the importance of an open home. Has an eye for detail. He is reliable, punctual and a good operator. His team delivers. Highly recommend. Jessie
