The old Davey died, looked at new ones and now seem like all the rest of the stuff out there that feels like 12 month throwaways. Found these guys and man they supplied me one solid little pump. Very heavy industrial feel, very quite and heaps of adjustment. Backed it off to half throttle as it blew my shower heads apart! My style! Heaps of flow even with 3 or 4 taps running and 1 on 25 mtrs of poly pipe. Aussie made or assembled i think.

This company supplied us with 4 products for one of our projects - 3 which were faulty and caused huge problem solving costs and they still refused to cover it under warranty. I would highly recommend using other pump suppliers , I’ve been in the industry for 15 years and never come across anything similar.

My plumber installed Reefe water pump was not working and after months of trying to get the plumber to complete the install I took the onus and got in touch with Reefe direct to get their assistance with the impasse. It was the best move I could have done! The 1800 customer support line was excellent. Very empathetic. The technical assistance I got from the Reefe specialist John was again of the very best quality. John took the time to talk me through the process of uninstalling the pump, clearing the lines and eventually re booting the pump. To say I was delighted to have the re-boot work is an understatement! I thoroughly recommend Reefe Pumps both for the product quality but also the after sales service.
