We run a landscaping business and use Premier for all our artificial turf. Excellent service, great pricing and the product is the best you will find. If you want a terrible job done and get terrible service along the way then use this business. The issues were many. First of all we were given a quote which wasn’t cheap but their claims of their product being far superior to all others in the market swayed us and was paid 20th Sept 2023. From here thing took a turn. I removed the old grass and waterproofed the areas then left it for a week then called them to confirm the agreed installation date 4th Dec 2023. I didn’t hear from them to confirm installation so I called a few days earlier to find out. I was told that it wasn’t going to be done until the new year because they run out of product. After some discussions we agreed to go for another product and that the install date would be changed to 11th December 2023, which was then changed to 13th December. We were fine with this because we needed it done urgently at this stage. The installation was done in a very shoddy manner with defect after defect, as per photos below. You can easily see the joins, there were glue marks all over our tiles, the edge of the grass in one area didn’t line up with the concrete edge, they used ugly black rubber strips that weren’t glued down properly, there were frayed edges, they didn’t cover the same area of the old grass and you can clearly see where the old grass was. I tried discussing this with the installer but he didn’t understand English very well so I was forced to accept the job then tried dealing with their sales team. I contacted the sales dept and they agreed to come out and rectify the mistakes. The smaller area was replaced and was cut to the concrete edge but that was all that was fixed. I called them and told that someone would get back to me. I emailed them also but still haven’t received a response. If you are considering using this company then don’t, you’ll regret it.

We are extremely happy with the finished product and service provided by our installer Godfrey. He worked incredibly hard for two days straight in all types of weather, including pouring rain. His attention to detail was superb and the grass has completely transformed an area of patchy turf and dirt into a great looking spot. Thanks so much Godfrey!!

Premier Grass completed a challenging job in gruelling heat on a sloping site, landscaping, then laying the K9 heatblock antibacterial 30mm turf. Thank you Alex, David and team for paying such attention to detail, ensuring we were happy with the project (checking in with us start to finish) and problem solving on the job. An unused area off a side deck has now become a leisure/entertainment area for friends and dogs, and always looks perfect. A high quality, professional job that reflects their knowledge, skills and commitment. As an aside, I have had quotes for the same project from other companies, but they did not impart the same knowledge or resolve. Premier Grass were also very competitive, detailing edging and levelling other companies had not quoted for. Couldn’t be happier with the end result.

Excellent product which transformed our backyard, loving the look and the feel of it and that there’s no maintenance. Excellent service and very competitive pricing. The dog loves it too.
