Very friendly and helpful staff. The only issue was that when I called I was told the items were in stock, but when I arrived they weren’t available. The staff were still very helpful and assisted me by directing me to another Bunnings that had the items.

I would have preferred to leave no stars if that were an option. I visited the store earlier today to enquire about a replacement for a tool I had purchased, and unfortunately the interaction was far from pleasant. Hayden’s manner came across as quite dismissive, which made what should have been a straightforward conversation unnecessarily uncomfortable. I generally try to overlook less-than-ideal customer service, as everyone has off days, but this experience was memorable for all the wrong reasons. It may be helpful in future to clearly explain why additional details are being requested, as the way the question was phrased was not particularly clear and contributed to the confusion. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as a more transparent and courteous approach would make a significant difference.

Just wanted to say thank you to the amazing staff at Bunnings Logan Road - I was visiting yesterday and there was an emergency situation playing out with some customers near the service desk. The staff were so professional and warm in the way they handled things. They worked together seamlessly to ensure the situation was cared for and positioned themselves in a way that provided privacy around the situation while continuing an incredibly high level of service and attentiveness for customers coming through with general enquiries. It was so lovely to see such a supportive and safe culture in our local store.

All of these stars are for the young gentleman working at the front desk. I didn’t catch his name but he has curly hair and a lot of it! This guy should be training staff at your other stores on how to greet and welcome people to Bunnings. What a polite and pleasant experience. Well done young man you will go far.

I had an absolutely amazing shopping experience at Bunnings today. I was helped by the best Bunnings employee I’ve ever met. He was in the colours section. I don’t know his name, but he gave me the best ideas and I was able to fix my item perfectly. Honestly, he was extremely nice, helpful, patient, and thorough in his job. He helped me make the best purchase decisions. I was tense and didn’t know how to fix it, but he explained everything to me so well. His customer service is the best I’ve ever experienced.
