We had part of our backyard re-vamped by Ecovia Turf which involved a retaining wall, some concreting and artificial turf. We are very happy with the result and how the works progressed. Exceptional Service – Fixing Developer "Design Flaws" with Premium Quality We recently engaged Stephen and the Ecotovia team to overhaul the pool area at our brand-new townhouse complex, and we couldn't be happier with the result. To give some context: our developers marketed this as a "resort-style" pool, yet decided that planting real turf right next to the water—and directly adjacent to private backyards—was a good idea. Predictably, it was a maintenance nightmare. Before the switch, the grass was patchy, dead in large sections, and clippings into the pool filters and onto neighboring balconies (see the 'before' photo). From our first meeting, Stephen stood out to the Committee. His knowledge of the products was impressive, and he provided the team with several samples and clear, honest advice on which pile height would handle the foot traffic and the Australian sun. We opted for the 35mm premium grade, which is stunning. While we experienced a slight delay with the specific material we chose, Stephen’s communication was world-class. He kept us updated every step of the way, so we never had to chase him for an ETA. The installation day was an absolute breeze. The team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and were incredibly respectful of our common areas. They didn’t leave a single scrap of mess behind, and the finish is perfect. It has completely transformed the look and feel of our community space. In fact, it looks so good that several of our residents are already looking at having Ecotovia in their own private courtyards. If you want a professional team that actually knows their craft and delivers exactly what they promise, we cannot recommend Stephen and Ecotovia highly enough. I can't recommend Ecovia enough. Absolute brilliant job from begging to end. From quote to install, nothing but exceptional communication, timely and friendly service. Not only does the synthetic lawn look top notch, they cleaned up as if it were their own house. You'd have to hunt hard for a fairer price, more environmentally friendly product or better service.
