RE: 1. We PAID FULL Price. There was no discount. 2. If you think the soil underneath is heavy clay then it should be pick up at the beginning and improve it. Didn’t we paid you $1500 to design and assess the garden? After you changed the top 20cm soil to what I asked for, we never have such problem again even when Alfred hits. (Keep in mind the soil underneath still the heavy clay) 3. On 22/11/24 we asked to terminate the contract based on unpleasant experience. We decided to continue because Joel said you will engage with solicitor (also at the end you agreed to change soil completely). Also, there was no follow up email stated that we are very happy with the outcome. (refer to pic13) 4. So stop lying and making excuses, just admit the mistakes that you made. My review is 100% based on my experience with you. What has happened after doesn’t change what you had completed. **DO NOT TRUST THE 5 STAR REVIEWS HERE. There’s 40 new 5 star reviews appeared within 1 day after I posted my review. The ACCC states that it is illegal for businesses to post fake reviews or arrange for them to be posted, and this includes using fake positive reviews or removing negative ones.** DO NOT use this company if you are looking for a cactus garden. They simply do not match the premium price tag (it was $64k that we spent on this project). We fully trusted them at the beginning because of their fancy marketing materials. Ended up we need to spend extra money hire other professional cactus landscapers to rectify the problems they created. - Used wrong type of soil for the top 20cm depth which was too organic (They insisted on the soil is fine until I strongly requested to change it.) refer to pic 1 & 2. - The design was terrible. Not even close to what we expected. They probably will say we agreed the design. Yes we paid $1,500 for them to come and design the garden, and we agreed the design based on the ONLY 2D floor plan that we got after spent fortune. To be honest that was hard for us to transform a 2D floor plan to reality but we trusted the company will deliver the best result. At the end, as you can see from the picture, they planted three tiny dragon trees into the best spot of the garden. So the result was terrible. Refer to pic 3 & 4. - All plants are similar size. This makes the whole garden look very unnatural. You wanna see different sizes in the garden for a cactus garden. Refer to pic 5 & 6. - Used large white river pebbles for the whole garden. The large pebble can not create the desert vibe that we wanted. It was also difficult to walk on in our fire pit area. Refer to pic 7 - Lastly, they started the project in Oct and finished in Dec. They stopped halfway because they did not have the plants in stock. Should just wait until you have everything before you start the work. This is very unprofessional. I do appreciate the workers who worked on site. However the managers were absolutely terrible. Poor communication skills, unprofessional and lack of knowledge. **From picture 8 it shows that what can be done with a professional landscaping company. A 3D render design plan at ZERO cost and a very natural cactus garden.**

We were really happy with the new garden development and paving work done by Brooke’s Blooms. From start to finish and at all levels the team were very professional, knowledgable, thorough, thoughtful and great communicators. The work was completed with care to a high standard. We are very happy to recommend and will certainly be repeat customers.

I recently had Brooke's Blooms in to sort out a problem area in my yard - one part was overrun with Singapore Daisy and another part was overrun with running Bamboo behind a retaining wall. The guys worked their socks off for 3 days and I'm delighted with the results. The guys doing the excavation had their work cut out as the ground under the bamboo was rock hard, but they did a brilliant job. They even mulched another garden bed which wasn't even part of the job. Special mention to Joel, Aaron, Richard & Karlie. All very professional. Richard B
