Swanns Arboricultural Services — Tree Removal in Sandgate, QLD

They cut down the neighbour's tree, and when I came home from work I saw debris strewn all across my back yard, including large chunks of tree in my pool. Tried calling them numerous times to give my feedback, but ended up messaging them my issues. They never got back to me for any apology, hence the review

Josh came and gave me a quote on a Wednesday a hand shake locked in the deal they turned up to my mothers house on the Saturday dropped the 4 trees within a few hours chipped all the trees after that was done they stump ground all 4 stumps then noticed there where four more stumps in the yard and did them as well at no cost then had a look out the front yard noticed a smaller tree near our nbn cables and asked my mum if she would like that cut down at no extra cost then also stump ground that stump as well as another old tree stump out the front again at no extra cost. The team did such a fantastic job for my mother cleaned up everything made sure my mother was happy with the service she had received and there was nothing more they could do for her before they left so i would just like to thank josh from swans and the few crew members that took care of my mums yard and for putting her mind at rest making sure she was happy all for no extra cost you did an amazing job very professional and i couldn’t have asked for a more professional team and would recommend Swans to any one looking to have trees taken care of

Did a fantastic job removing our trees including tall palms then grinding the stumps. Very professional, did the job in amazing time with a great team. Highly recommend.
