Heritage Tree Care — Tree Removal in Sumner, QLD

Great to engage with Heritage Tree care. Had the plant biologist (Katia)come out to my house first to do a consultancy, which delivered me fantastic information to decide on next steps. Then had James conduct quote professionally and the boys came to do the work. Work was conducted safely and I had full confidence. The site was left extremely clean, I would definitely use Heritage tree Care again.

Went to opossum park today. Had my dog and child, Tyler from heritage tree care warmed me that there was a red belly on the path spotted whilst he was clearing unwanted tree species. Great work and keep it up! I really appreciate the warnings and excellent work. The park looks fantastic

Dave (GM of Heritage Tree Care) provided disappointing service after his staff illegally accessed private property, caused damage that is not yet rectified and destroyed significant timber worth thousands of dollars formally set aside for milling to be used locally for construction of a veterans house rather than wasted for wood chip. Formal complaint lodged with BCC. Imagine if someone drove through your front gate, tore up your prized lawns with a heavy truck and trailer and then took a chainsaw to the largest structural timbers on your deck and then fobbed it off saying it was an honest mistake and not offering to rectify. The head arboirist that was on site apologised and said that they would remove the branches and smaller stuff and arrange the stumps to be removed and that he would arrange for alternate replacement logs. He passed details to the GM who then was so arrogant they wouldn't even return a call for over a week, with multiple calls from myself also ignored. I went to rectify face to face to resolve reasonably but much as they admitted they did it, they just didn't care about the significant impact on others. The veteran's home the timber was destined for is unemployed and he had already spent days cleaning up the branches and timber at no cost to the owner. They even left piles of branches on council land that were not removed. Poor service, poor ethics.

The team that attended were on time, easy to communicate with and professional. They got in and did the job, cleaned up and did an excellent job.. My next tree removal will definitely be asking for the same team. Great Job guys We have used Heritage 3 times now. Great prices ands great job again. Here are a few more photos.

The Team at Heritage did a fantastic job for us. We had a large Jacaranda (about 50 years old) in a difficult position which had been poisoned by someone. There were many companies who would not do the job as the tree was essentially dead. James and the team communicated the issues and provided advice, arrived and to our thankfulness and amazement at the work, completed the job. I would highly recommend Heritage Trees for their professionalism and service. The quote was also very reasonable considering the difficulty. Thanks Heritage!!
