A really poor experience with this company. Although the aesthetic and creativity for event decorations is definitely there (from photos), we were so shocked by the unprofessionalism and rudeness we encountered with Jeslin. This experience really put us off, which is such a shame because a few years back we were so set on having The Blossom Tree Company take care of our dream wedding. Service is everything, and I just feel like for such an important event, I was gambling with anxiety when I was trying to contact them. This seems like a common issue since alot of people I have spoken with encountered this aswell, really disappointing as their work is beautiful. I really had hoped that this wouldn’t happen to us when we heard this from other people, but it did.
