SportUP - Toowong Football — Turf Installation in Toowong, QLD

After playing for a few seasons at Toowong I couldn't recommend them highly enough! Its always been a positive experience and the perfect way to kickoff the week on Monday night⚽🦃 Refs are friendly, teams are friendly and the comp has a fun level of competition that is open to a range of levels.

Have played a few seasons at Toowong and the games have always been great! Chill refs, competitive teams but still a sociable and welcoming vibe. Monday nights are always a highlight with the team :))

Have been playing mixed football at SportUp Toowong for a couple of years, and it’s always a great time. It’s a casual, fun vibe, with a level of football that’s enjoyable for all skill levels. Highly recommend!

Monday night social soccer at Toowong with SportUP has been a true highlight of each week ! It's a fun pitch, a half aussie rules grass pitch repurposed for 5-a-side. The vibe is pretty chill and not overly serious (although still competitive) which can be difficult to find with soccer imo. You do have to wear turf shoe trainers for this pitch - would recommend going to Asics at the DFO or ordering from Adidas online if you're on the hunt 👟👟 Highly recommend if you're looking to start your week the right way ⚽⚽

I joined a team when I moved to Brisbane. Through the league I have made friends through various teams I was invited to join after that first season. Now I have played in both Yeronga and Toowong and have a great time at both. Toowong is a slower game and I feel the league is more social, personally I prefer grass, Yeronga is a faster game on turf and a little more competitive. Both leagues are great fun! I will continue to play in either league. If you're on the fence I would recommend giving it a try - no matter your skill level.
