I honestly cannot recommend Elias from Pronto Waste removals highly enough. He came to remove waste I’d stacked up while preparing to move house and from start to finish his service was nothing short of exceptional. His communication was second to none, he arrived exactly when he said he would and he worked efficiently and professionally. What really stood out though was his character. It was just me there on the day and Elias went completely above and beyond by helping me shift some items I would have struggled to move on my own, something he absolutely didn’t have to do. His kindness, friendliness and genuine care made what could have been a stressful day feel totally manageable and supported. You can truly tell Elias cares about the impact he has on people, not just the job itself. He was respectful, incredibly helpful and even cleaned up thoroughly after the removal. If you want someone reliable, hardworking and genuinely good hearted, Pronto is the company to call. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Elias again and will be recommending him to everyone!!

They were friendly, prompt, professional and the whole transaction was a breeze. We contacted other Removalists but Elias was the only one who turned up. Awesome service. Friendly and responsive communication, really easy to deal with. Good price for the service. I had a huge pile of stuff, would have been a whole weekend of breaking things down and dump runs, and they had it all gone in under an hour.

Absolutely wonderful service. Jimmy (Elias’ father) is such a great guy, so polite and ever so friendly and helpful . I had a large old and heavy Rheem hot water tank, top loader washing machine, rowing exercise equipment, heavy cross trainer all of which he loaded himself, with minimal help from me. I strongly recommend their business for any stuffs to be removed .

The boys at Pronto Waste removals are super switched on, super-affordable and offer a very friendly and professional service. The two employers were very helpful, kind, efficient and hard-working. They showed up and with no time wasted the boys had started and finished within half an hour of calling. I would highly recommend their service.
