National Tiles Woolloongabba — Outdoor Paving in Woolloongabba, QLD

Ty who served us was extremely knowledgeable and willing to take as much time with us as was needed. Discussed the pros and cons of ceramics vs porcelain tiles, showed me how to cut tiles (DIY) and other little gems of knowledge only someone who has actually tiled before would know. He did no try to make it sound easier than it is (it is not) sticking to facts. We had visited another provider of tiles just before and felt we were sold something that was way too perfect / easy and bagged much too quickly to be a genuine "we want the best for you" offer (best for them more like it). Ty mostly work at Oxley National Tiles and we decided to drive there, look at their large range and then bought what we needed right there and then. Tiling today actually!

The team at National times are friendly and helpful. I have been to other stores, but I keep coming back to National Tiles. Hard to beat their products and prices.

I tried to place an order for $4k worth of tiles and pay over the phone but no one would answer the phone. I drove over to w'gabba to get it sorted. An unfriendly girl who looked like she had a big night said in a curt tone "we were busy" . There was no customers in the shop. Bit disappointing on customer service there. She also couldn't spell. I have had better service there in the past.

Bec at National Tiles has been really helpful and very patient as we waited for other works to be completed before the flooring could delivered to be laid. She provided great advice and we were so satisfied we used National Tiles for two other projects.

bec was so super helpful in sourcing the product I was after. also refunded the metal Angel I had unused for over a year and assisted loading into my small Mazda. very grateful...excellent customer service with a lovely smile.
