Amazing service, efficiency, courtesy, and kindness in a really difficult situation for us. A large branch had fallen onto our party set up only 12 hours before our garden wedding. Josh arrived on the doorstep first thing in the morning, chipper in tow, felled, chopped, and chipped the huge branch, and then cleaned up everything perfectly all before 9am. My hero!! He genuinely saved the day. Reliable, efficient, and a delightful person too! Thank you from a hugely relieved bride

Very unprofessional. While removing a tree that wasn’t on my property they decided to block off my driveway and not inform me they were doing so. Employee was very smug and actually said it was my fault for not telling them i needed to move my car sooner when I did not know to do this because they didn’t tell me they’d be blocking my exit from my property? especially frustrating when they could have parked in front of the property they were actually removing a tree from. I missed a class because of this and had to pay a fee for missing said class. I rang the company last week to try to talk about this but got put through to a 3rd party answering service and have heard nothing back. this company has no regard for others in the process of completing their services.

I can’t recommend The Adelaide Tree Surgery highly enough! 🤩 Terrific team work with very trained and talented staff, great communication, very tidy and conscientious. It was no mean feat taking down my massive old palm tree in a very tight restrictive area, as well as trimming my 5 out of control 20yr old ornamental pear trees. It was a really hot day and they worked the entire day so efficiently and with a smile. The price was incredibly reasonable too. Top value for money with old school service!
