The whole process from obtaining a quote, gaining council approval, actual construction, the need to make adjustments and ease of making payments, all led to the 5* rating. We appreciated the professionalism of Wade, Sallie, April, Matt and particularly, Nico and his crew. There were some unexpected circumstances encountered in the construction, but these were clearly explained to us and solutions provided. The outcome was a quality construction project that mirrored our previous experience from using Bespoke Outdoor on a louvered roof pergola.

We just had a louvre system installed in our bbq area by Bespoke and are extremely happy with the outcome of our pergola. Steve and the boys were very professional and did an outstanding job. Bespoke Outdoor are a superb company to deal with. Sallie (Office Manager) has always been honest, as to what the problem could potentially be and as to how much it could cost, even to the extent that they just refunded me some money as their technician didn't take as long as estimated. They are always very efficient when it comes to appointments, confirming on a couple of occasions on text and turning up when they say they will. William the technician was respectful at all times and did a professional job. Thank you, it's refreshing to have honest and sincere trades people.
