I can't thank Peter merchant and his staff enough for all their help. They truly went out of their way getting two sample pavers and delivering it to my house so that I could make a final decision on which colour paver I was going to use. From ordering to delivery, the whole process was seamless and prompt. I should also mention that the business in Rundle st is beautifully laid out and full of stunning outdoor living items. It has inspired me. You will be seeing me again soon to pick out the finishing touches to add to my project. Highly recommended for inspiration, help and materials.

Unfortunately it was a litany of bad experiences with Peter Merchant Finally topped off when I unpacked my $1000 plus Table Top The delivery was organised by Maison Design I discovered that when they had originally packed it for transport someone had left the head of a Hex Headed Screw so prominent that it dug a considerable hole in the top of the Sandstone surface. This I found after seeing a crack thru the full length and width of the Table Top. So I have a Steel Table Base with no top, and just can't bear the thought of having anything more to do with this Business.

Really bad experience! Would not recommend Maison as a supplier. Had to pay full amount up front, but Maison did not deliver all the materials, i.e. partial delivery only. Maison Design does not seam to care what is delivered as long as they have their money. Had tradie booked in and had to call him off. When remaining materials eventually arrived, I had to help unload from the truck. Will not be a returning customer. Service is appalling

We were looking for a verandah feature and visited Maison and met Troy who introduced us to "The Light Box". We love it! I should not be writing this review as other's will buy and we will not have what we think is something rather exclusive and different - - however it is Christmas so let's share! A great shopping experience, their products are unique and so beautifully displayed. The staff is amazing and bend over backwards to help.
