He has been ridiculously helpful from the start, always honest, incredibly genuine, and invested in making sure we got the best outcome for our project. His communication was clear and timely, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. It is rare to come across someone so down-to-earth and trustworthy in the industry. From the time I made contact with Adelaide retaining walls, I felt like I was in good hands. They were extremely professional and helpful, did a site inspection and gave me a quote that was in my expectations. We highly recommend Adelaide Retaining Walls. Our retaining was badly damaged in the 2022/23 River Murray floods. We contacted them and provided photos of past and present. They were quick to work out a plan to get a wall back better and more practical. We kept adding and they were very accomodating of all our requests. We would like to give the whole team at Adelaide Retaining Walls a big thank you for helping get a destroyed frontage back to a usable area that we thoroughly love. The team that worked on our walls were professional, polite, helpful, respectful great workers all experiences we had with anyone from Adelaide Retaining Walls was always treated in a polite and professional manner. They were so good that a couple of our neighbours had there walls done as well. It makes our shacks all look fantastic. Here are a few photos we have taken of the walls all finished and lawned now. I did my research and was SOOO glad we selected Adelaide Retaining Walls to construct our challenging project ! ARW had all the answers ! We combined our requirements from ARW with a new swimming pool install at the same time & they worked with our other contractors seamlessly !!!! From Con (Sales) attending our home a number of times with great suggestions & negotiate to finalize the contract agreement , through to the whole admin process including Council approval and legal requirements. The process went as smooth a silk :) Natasha from admin was so helpful and knowledgeable and always had a positive and cheerful response to our needs. Scotty & Travis (Site Supervisors) were ALWAYS on our side with their skills, advice & assistance. They even catered for my wife's design and build of her fruit & veggie garden :) THERE WAS NEVER A TIME THAT WE DIDN'T FEEL PART OF A FOCUSED TEAM EFFORT TO END UP WITH A PERFECT PRODUCT & EXACTLY WHAT WE WISHED FOR :) We fully recommend Adelaide Retaining Walls to anyone having consideration of a challenging job big or small. I highly recommend Adelaide Retaining Walls. I had a sloping area in the Adelaide Hills that I wanted retained (combined fence) in May 2024. I wanted quality and long-lasting workmanship, and this is what I received. Tyler & his Team (Damon & Jordan), were friendly and very professional. A few curve balls came up during the project due to existing structures & Tyler worked with me to find acceptable solutions to each and every issue. I am doing this project in stages & they completed this stage and additionally set it up for the next stage to run seamlessly into it. Tom Completed the fencing in no time and he also worked with me to sort out a few issues we ran into as well. The whole process from quoting, council approval to the workmanship was excellent and assured me I was working with professionals. It is true that you get what you pay for and Adelaide Retaining Walls are worth every cent. I look forward to working with them again for the next stage of this project.
