I went there initially for some irrigation issues, spoke to Stephen who was very helpful and gave me very good advise. I purchased a controller & solenoids etc.. and now everything is fine. I went back there this week & again spoke to Stephen about filtering rainwater to our house. I had already googled some information and already spoken to some "receptionists" at other businesses who just wanted to sell me anything & everything. Stephen gave me very accurate info and so i then purchased a filtration system, at a competitive price, and everything is working fine. Thank you Stephen & Reece Irrigation

Just want to share my fabulous experience with Reece Irrigation at Lonsdale. Went there to get advice and assistance with a pond I'm building. Was served by a guy called Raymond Remfrey. Did I strike gold! He spent so much time with me giving me advice about my pond plumbing requirements - great advice, showed me different fittings I could use, gave me options (ie. cheapest, medium, top of range). So I ended up ordering my pond pump and filter from him, then went back to get lots more bits and pieces. Then I realised that the project was more complicated than I had imagined - so I sent my handyman to Reece to ask advice from Raymond. He constructed a 'model' of my pond structure to test and demonstrate options with various size pipes and pumps etc. They calculated flow rates and head pressure and so on...made sure I was getting it right. Days later - after installation - I had 'technical' issues re: water flow rate and connecting two ponds together into same filter. Had a bit of a disaster when I accidentally turned off pump without turning off tap to pond first. It created a big suction and my goldfish ended up being sucked into filter (😰). I saved them so please don't report me to RSPCA! So I sent my handyman back to Raymond to discuss pond water flow rate issues. Raymond suggested a great fix idea, which we actioned. Tonight Raymond called me to say he'd got the new bits I needed, and was happy to deliver them to me as my place was on his way home. He dropped in - and stayed an hour with us, tweaking the setup, digging a little trench to lower a pipe level, testing flow rates, lifting heavy filter back into position once leaks had been fixed. This guy is a gem! Best sales experience I've ever had. Please can I give him 10 stars out of 5???
