Avance Construction — Retaining Walls in Lonsdale, SA

Very disappointed with the colour of my concrete. Requested and paid for dark grey (monument) colour but it faded in a few months to pale blue. Was advised that I could get the concrete coloured for an additional approximately $750 which would require being re-surfaced every 4 years or so. Pre-payment service was good but not post-payment.

A great big thank you to Mark, Heydon, Scott and team for all the excellent work they did for us. We had retaining, fencing, paving and pergola work done and would highly recommend them for anyone wanting to remodel their yard or any work needing to be done. They were professional, reasonably priced and Mark’s helpful suggestions added to our vision of what we wanted. Every trade used onsite was timely, reliable and cost effective. We cannot thank them more for what they have done. We now have an outdoor space we are proud of and use every day. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

Had a reasonably large (113 squ mtr) concrete driveway done. The Avance construction team were excellent. They were friendly, worked well together and did an excellent job. The supervisor, Mark, made some excellent suggestions to improve the job. They didn't rush it and I'm very pleased with the final outcome. On the basis of the work done previously I got Avance back to fix a retaining wall that was leaning over. As with the driveway they did an excellent job.

July 2020

I had two fences and retaining wall installed by Avance. I also made some last minute alterations to the quote, including changing the fence height and having them install a concrete slab for a garden shed. Mark was very helpful getting organising the changes done with minimal fuss and extra cost, and the end result looked amazing. A number of visitors have commented on how good the fence looks and how it has completely changed the space.
