Fabulous after sales service. Have had no probs with a pump from MVI for a couple of years, but had trouble reconnecting it to a new tank. Simon spent an hour on the phone helping me to sort it out and test run it etc, till way after closing time. Really appreciated the excellent after hours support and can't recommend highly enough.

Really helpful team. Pricing was competitive and the service was great. They checked to make sure that all items that possibly could have been needed were included in the sale without the up sale feeling pressured. Was helpful with questions on additional items and had a good knowledge, Base.

I've bought quite a few things for staff are terrific. They are knowledgeable & helpfull but above all they offer that friendly old fashion customer service that is rare to find at those mega disaster stores. Worth going out of your way for absolute professional service and range of watering and irrigation products. Prices are very competitive and good. Keep up the good work guy's.
