The park next to this campsite has such a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. Many people come here to walk their dogs or go for a run. While taking a stroll, we were lucky enough to spot a few koalas lazily napping in the trees—and even luckier, we saw a white deer running by! I really love nature, and staying here felt so peaceful. Even having a picnic at noon was really enjoyable. However, there are a lot of birds around here. I was a bit scared they might try to attack people (though I don’t think they actually would), and they can be really noisy.

You get to see the city and coastal views from a height and there is a playground and free bbq and picnic area. Parking during the weekdays is plentiful. walk up steep incline to see higher views of the city and panaroma views. No toilets though and nothing in walking distance

Beautiful place to walk along the river. Had a warm beautiful day. Didn't explore the whole parkland, but it is a large area. There is a area with tables to have lunch, no bins anywhere though, so take your rubbish with you. If you take your dog with you, don't forget poopy bags, and take it with you as there is no bins anywhere. All dogs must stay on a leash whilst walking through the parkland. A caravan park is also located in the area and which is really nice and dog friendly.

We went there last weekend. Autumn in the hills is just stunning. The walking trail was easy to troll, very suitable for dog walking, or cat walking for us. 😋 It was the longest walk that our cat every did with us. He walked with his tail held high at all times for 40 mins! It was a record for him. 🥰
