Easy process to purchase new flooring, thanks Shaun and co. We ran into some extra problems due to an uneven floor in old granny flat but Josh and his team dida fantastic job getting it all fixed in a timely manner. So happy with the outcome.

Shaun (Manager/Owner) and the team were absolutely fantastic to deal with. Josh and the boys who installed the floor were very professional, polite, and kept me informed on everything happening over the 2 days. Can't fault their work, and would recommend them to everyone.

Initially went in there with my wife on a Saturday looking for flooring for our new build. The showroom was quiet so we must have spent over half an hour with the sales consultant who promised to email us a quote if not on that Saturday then early the next week. After a week and a half with no quote I finally called the store and spoke to the consultant who had absolutely no idea who I was. After literally a couple of minutes giving him prompts like our address, my wife’s name, the fact we’d spoken about our son in law having the same name as him he finally twigged when I told him he’d taken out his phone and shown us his own home flooring! Instead of owning the fact he’d dropped the ball be immediately claimed our house plans were sitting on his desk in front of him and he was in the middle of doing the quote😂 At this point we should have gone elsewhere but as they had the flooring we liked we ended up paying a deposit and going ahead. Our builder was good enough to allow the flooring installer in before handover so we could move our furniture in straight away. This is where things went really wrong. We’d ordered vinyl plank in the Tasmanian Oak a very light colour but when we arrived the installer had laid “Aged” Tasmanian Oak which is very dark. Seems the consultant had ordered the wrong product which he at least admitted on the phone and apologized. I told him we were obviously very unhappy but mistakes happen and it’s how a business deals with these mistakes which is important. He promised to do everything he could to make the removal and reinstall as seamless as possible. I suggested he talk to his superiors and work out some form of compensation as it really spoiled our handover. Vinyl plank is stuck down with adhesive so this meant we’d have to get the installer back in a few weeks time, move the furniture room by room and basically be severely inconvenienced. I would have thought someone from the store would have at least dropped by to see if things were going ok and to offer to help move the furniture. We never heard back from the consultant nor anyone from the store. No offer of any compensation not even a bunch of flowers sent as an apology. Really disappointing experience.

the floors that have just been installed by Choices Flooring are amazing! they have brought life back into my old house and increased the value of my home significantly. the tradies arrived on time, kept me informed and completed the job in the time frame they promised. the quality of the job is top tier and i have already suggested Choices Flooring to my friends & Family. organising the job was a breeze! Dealing with Justin B made the whole process easy. firstly, he came to my home with samples. we sat down and went over the many choices of quality flooring. he accommodated my budget and didn't pressure me to go higher in price just for the sake of it. Justin provided fair payment options and kept option communication regarding install day and time frames for the tradies to come and go. Justin has also checked in after the job to see if there was any issues and i was pleased to advise the floors were perfect. Thanks Justin and Team!

We have just had the best experience with Choices Flooring Marion. Shaun was super helpful and quickly worked out what we were looking for. He was able to narrow down the massive amount of choices available, and arrange an in home measure the same week. The measurer was spot on, the customer service to book in an install day was super firendly and helpful, and the super talented install by Lisle went off without a hitch. Would 100% use again.
