Australian Paving Centre Head Office — Outdoor Paving in Mount Barker, SA

Very pleasant transaction for some bricks to be delivered to my house. (an Adelaide Metropolitan Branch) The day that they were supposed to be delivered, I heard nothing until after 4pm; that they would not deliver today but that they would deliver first thing the next day. The delivery was not until after 3pm that day. It cost me a morning's work, and several negative phone conversations. In the end, I heard nothing back about it which I thought was quite poor customer service.

Around 20 years ago these guys did a paving and retaining wall job for us. The backyard has been great for our kids growing up and for entertaining. Now we have just sold the house and the back yard landscaping was a key feature. 20 years on and it is as good as it was when they installed it. We are so glad we got these guys in, absolute pro's!

I have been in the landscaping industry for 25+ years. In all that time I have dealt with the guys at APC. Their service has been second to none, their product knowledge is outstanding and they have a product to suit any application. Highly recommended.

Disgusting customer service if they are wrong they just try to turn it into a "he say she say " scenario strongly advise everyone to not waste your time with apc pavers
