Hi I booked someone from Sunrise Gardens to come over on Wed 23 August @5.30 pm to give me a quote .I left work early to be here. Nobody turned up, no phone call from them. Rebooked a new time for Friday 25 Aug and again nobody turned up Very disappointed 😔. I phoned them. The person who answered the phone really had no idea of my booking which was communicated by text message and offered to send someone around at 6 pm after dark. That says so much about customer care and their business ethics I will look elsewhere thanks !
