Adelaide Colonic Health changed my life! At the start of this year I was constipated for almost two months and all the doctors had to say was "take more laxatives" (laxatives obviously weren't working). They weren't taking me seriously and didn't believe me when I told them how much pain I was in, but then I found Adelaide Colonic Health. At first I was nervous and embarrassed about going, but after my first consultation that all changed. The environment in this place is amazing, it is a no judgement zone, and the staff are so sweet and make the experience private and relaxing. It immediately fixed all my constipation and digestive issues, and also fixed my back pain and cleared my skin up. Adelaide Colonic Health is the best place to go for a colonic if your looking to get one, and if your in the situation that I was in I highly recommend going here :)

After having regular colonics in Melbourne, I finally tried Adelaide Colonic Health at 3 The Parade, Norwood. Honestly, it was such a refreshing and elevated experience. In Melbourne, many of the clinics I’ve been to have more of a clinical, sterile vibe: bright lights, no music, no essential oils… it feels more like a medical procedure than a wellness treatment. But this place? Total spa energy. Dim lighting, candles, soothing music, and a calming atmosphere from the moment you walk in. It almost felt like I was getting a beauty treatment, not a colonic. The staff were also absolutely lovely… warm, helpful, and respectful of your space. They explained everything clearly at the start, let you know there was a buzzer if you needed anything, and then gave you complete privacy until it was time to finish up. There was no sense of rushing or hovering, which I really appreciated. At the end, they added the cutest touches… I was offered a fresh juice, a probiotic shot, and even had a heated pack on my stomach during the session. The whole vibe was thoughtful, peaceful, and just really well done. You could also tell the space was cleaned with genuine care and properly prepared for each person-not rushed or surface-level. Honestly, 10/10 experience. If you’re in Adelaide and even slightly curious about colonics, this is the place to go. You’ll feel cared for from start to finish. 💆🏻‍♀️✨

Whether you need to or not, everyone should have an internal shower for the part of the body we cannot reach ourselves but is oh so important to maintaining our overall well-being. Your health is your wealth. The team at Adelaide Colonic Health are incredibly warm, caring, respectful and professional. The space is clean, welcoming and very zen. They're dedicated to helping others and answer any and all questions with years of knowledge and a smile. 10/10 experience. Highly recommend this for everyone.

Highly Recommended! I have been using Adelaide Colonic health for about 10 years now! Lily is THE most caring, nurturing therapist! Adelaide Colonic health’s new location at Norwood , is amazing, the rooms are tranquil, relaxing and therapeutic, just what you would expect at a 5 star spa!! I have tried other colonic places, and this one is definitely the stand out, for service, ambience, and staff! The delicious cold pressed juice at the end, is like the icing on the cake!!! If you have any gut problems, or you’re looking for a good cleanse for a health kick, this is the perfect place to start!
