I visited Graetz Irrigation the last Friday to sort out my messy irrigation around my trees. Chris was the gentleman that served me. Extremely warm welcome, was extremely knowledgeable with the products, he showed us a few different ways to make it better, we couldn’t be any happier with the outcome and service. I will 100% be returning to this shop. Great service great advice. Awesome job.

Learnt the hard way that although a customer for many years I should have had a quote for repairs and very expensive labour before proceeding. Communication almost non existent during repair phase we had to keep phoning to find out what was happening to pump. Tough lesson.

Quality of workmanship is good. Communication with client about scope / cost, not so good. Get a quote & estimate updates if things change at all.
