Bunnings Reynella — Landscaping in Old Reynella, SA

Terrible service. Hired a post hole digger. Was missing a blade. Also missing the pin for the drill attachment. Went back, sorted it out. Blade's on the wrong way round. All of them at the shop had blades on the wrong way round. Employees are afraid to touch them because a separate company does the maintenance. The customer shouldn't be doing this work. Tried telling them about after returning the unit and got a bunch of empty yeps and blank states. Did the engine start like a dream? Yes. That's why you get 2/5. But if you had done your due diligence and ensured that the hire service you are a middle man for isn't screwing you over, maybe you wouldn't end up screwing me over, you absolute time wasters. No, I don't want my money back, I want you to carry yourselves with dignity and provide a decent service! That's what everybody wants.

Big store with a good range and easy parking. You’ll usually find what you need, but it can be hard to get help when it’s busy and service is a bit hit or miss. Fine for grabbing supplies, just don’t expect much assistance at peak times.

Went there today for cornice adhesive powder. Asked three different staff members where to find it and was pointed to the wrong place. No one showed any initiative to walk me to it and help find it. In the end i left and went to Mitre 10 Reynella. The staff member there was helpful and i got it straight away. Bunnings spend all this money on advertising how helpful their staff are-but when you go into store it’s the complete opposite!

Went to buy fans for summer and absolutely delighted to see this young man William stainer Who went above and beyond to not only explain various features but also amazed to see this knowledge and customer service skills. Bunnings is fortunate to have such outstanding staff members who are so dedicated and passionate about what they do. Keep up the fabulous work Will…PS - we end up buying three fans :)

This store opened with great promise. Staff were knowledgeable and enthusiastic and items were well stocked and easy to locate. Sadly, that is no longer the case. "Product unavailable" is quite common with advertised plants - even common native plants - and well trained and helpful staff stand out as a rarity. Sorry, Bunnings, but if you want to squeeze out other competitors, you need to perform better. Stock your shelves with more variety and hire people who understand customer service. I've noticed that Bunnings does not even care if it gets negative reviews as there are no responses to anyone's comments. Perhaps my comment will invite a response but I won't hold my breath!
