I had a fantastic experience with my recent colonic treatment! From start to finish, Kate made me feel completely comfortable and well-informed. The environment was clean, calming, and professional, which helped put me at ease right away. The treatment itself left me feeling lighter, refreshed, and surprisingly energized. I noticed an improvement in my digestion and overall sense of well-being within just a few hours. Kate was kind, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the entire session, explaining each step and ensuring I was comfortable at all times. My first ever experience of this treatment. I wasn't sure wat to expect, how it would feel, how i would feel. Kate talked me through everything, and much to my delight, Kate wasn't clinical about the treatment, she opened my eyes to the bigger holistic picture. Kate stayed with me throughout the treatment massaging my intestinal tract whilst small amounts of water were led through my tract. Following the treatment i felt fatigue and I was a little chilled. I went home and napped, followed by a big sleep overnight. A slight headache that's no longer with me. I woke feeling fabulous and strangely "cleaner" on the inside and lighter in my body. I highly recommend Kate, she is a rare jewel totally committed to the well-being of her clients. I plan on seeing Kate regularly as part of my quest for optimal well-being and longevity.

I had the most wonderful experience in my latest appointment with Kate- I’ve been here in the past for colonic therapies and it’s always great, but this experience felt like being HELD. I had an “internal elevate experience” which consisted of two parts- Bio Electro-Lymphatic Therapy + Colonic. Kate made sure to reassure and check in with me throughout the process, always going that one step further to see how my comfort levels could increase- from warm towels on my feet, to wheat bags, dimmed lighting and soothing tones and touches. I felt nurtured from the inside out, and most importantly safe and taken care of. This experience left me certainly feeling elevated but also nourished and rejuvenated- and oh so good for my nervous system. The attention to detail Kate showed (and does always show) in all of her services and how she conducts herself is unparalleled. Thank you beautiful Kate- you are a magic worker
