On behalf of my father in law, he had Plumfast attend the church he attends to replace the air conditioner. Michael and the team were professional and prompt in replacing the unit, prices are great. Reading all the beautiful positive reviews for this company is making me so angry. We certainly got the short end of the stick! Our rental property recently needed some serious, extensive work in the bathroom. This work was performed whilst we went on holiday, easier for everyone, or so we thought. We came home to such a mess. No dust sheets used, so living space of the home was thick with dust, including soft furnishings. Set concrete like substance in our lawn, mounds of similar discarded in various areas of the garden in areas that were hidden! Inside and outside muddy and dirty. Muddy footprints in my lounge and on my rug which has stained. One of the private closed off rooms had been accessed. Toilet used (obviously NOT a problem) unflushed, hairs and pee on rim, seat up etc. Reeds from the air fresheners in the window sill all over the floor. Not a sight I expected to see when headed to the toilet after a long trip!! Burnout skid mark on the driveway. Use of my brooms etc used so full of concrete dust, dust pan had dried concrete on it and brush now missing. The shower cubicle resealing had not been done properly so the guy who did it had to be called back after leaking water across the floor. An attempt of dealing with the lawn clean up was, let’s water it for 15 minutes and stab it with a trowel whilst chatting on the phone, which made absolutely NO difference. Then the house keys left under a pot on the front porch instead of returned to.the propel manager as arranged. I only found them as I knew the pots had moved and looked like something was under one of them. The stress of this experience has been awful!! It continues everyday as when we go outside it’s all still there, in our face …it’s still dirty, has concrete stained pathways, ruined lawn etc. It’s been a month now and Plumfast just don’t care. ——-Maybe this review will get their attention. Who knows.——- ***** Would NEVER recommend. Untidy, dirty and unprofessional behaviour. I know this doesn’t apply to all of them but they definitely shouldn’t be left unsupervised. ***** Edit to add… I recently had someone reach out to me as they too are having a problem. With holding refund until a non disclosure signed, anyway. According to this customer, after questioning my review, Leo from Plumfast told them I was an awkward customer who was never happy!! I hope my landlord would appreciate my vigilance of this shoddy company 💪🏼

We are very glad we choose Plumfast to design and manage our bathroom renovation. Originally we had a two way bathroom which has now been converted into an ensuite bathroom and a main bathroom. We couldn't be happier with the service we received from start to finish. We would highly recommend Plumfast if you are considering a bathroom renovation.
