HPG Homes — Landscaping in Prospect, SA

Communication is poor and waiting for a walk through date yet to have any response from HPG. Yet pushed for final invoice to be paid. Asked about missing items that were included in our contract and no response about this either. Through out build stages we had damage to garage floor, brickwork, water meter, rain water tank and also minor damage through out. Major damage was driveway caving in from a heavy vehicle being driven up the driveway from a tradie contracted by HPG and was witnessed by neighbours but he never said anything until we were sent photos by neighbour and had to complain. Fencer contracted by HPG poorly installed fencing and incomplete. We noted at every visit with HPG the amount of rubbish left on site, alcohol cans and smoke butts and this was ignored by the company. Witnessed smoking in the property and again ignored. I advise anyone considering this company to rethink and look at the other building companies in South Australia.

My partner and I have just built with HPG and are moving into our house this weekend. We have been very satisfied and happy with the whole process, since starting our journey to now about to move in. The house is beautiful and everything we had planned it to be. Through the process, HPG have kept us up to date with any changes or delays and have always be extremely efficient in responding to emails and phone calls/messages. Our site supervisor was very accommodating to us when we needed to clarify things or wanted something fixed/changed on the house and things were done in a great timely manner. We cannot fault HPG throughout this process and would definitely build through them again. Thank you.

HPG have been more than amazing through our entire building project. We cannot speak more highly of Deb and Mark, who guided us through the entire process since it was our first time building a home. They walked us through all the steps and explained in detail the process. The house was finished on time and to spec minus a few weather delays. We are happily now in our first house and would highly recommend talking to HPG.

Peter, my site supervisor, was professional, reliable, and always provided prompt communication and updates, which really gave me peace of mind. Debbie was fantastic as a selection consultant — she allowed me to personalise my selections, patiently answered every question, and always tried her best to meet my needs and preferences. And Jason from the sales team was very helpful and clear from the start, making the whole process smooth and easy.

My Fiance and I had such a great experience with the team at HPG Homes! Caleb was absolutely amazing, the best person to deal with from start to finish. He made everything easy and went above and beyond for us. Debbie made the selections process simple and enjoyable, Sonya kept us updated and organised. Once Josh came onto our build, everything ran so smoothly, his attention to detail and communication were great. We’re so happy with our new home and would definitely recommend HPG Homes!
