Yardstick Landscape Services — Landscaping in Prospect, SA

Yardstick were engaged and agreed to maintain my garden on a regular basis. While they did a great job on their initial visit tidying up the garden and disposing of all the green waste, they did not hose down the mud left by them on the front path. Disappointingly I have not heard or seen from them since. It goes without saying that one should at the least have the basic courtesy to let the customer know if one can no longer to take the job on.

Yardstick have managed to elevate my newly built home with its limited outside space to the next level. Their landscaping has delivered a most intriguing yet practical design. They have incorporated a courtyard garden wall, arbor, decking and with the selected variety of suitable but interesting plants, successfully united the house with the outdoor space. Exactly what I had hoped for, was achieved.

We engaged Yardstick for the design and construction of our garden and outdoor living area, and we were very happy with their professional, responsive and friendly service. We love the finished product as do our neighbours, friends and visitors. Peter Adley cleverly included our long list of desires and was happy to entertain changes as the design was developed and finalised. The construction crew did a great job and we appreciated them keeping the site tidy. We enjoyed the banter and their patience with my dumb questions was commendable. Highly recommended!

We’re so pleased with the outcome - it’s beautiful and we’re quite thrilled. Peter's design work was spot on, and although we were excited by the drawings and CAD video walkthrough etc, seeing it come to life has been a huge thrill. Every morning now when I look out our windows I’m seeing the property as I had always hoped it might one day present. The landscaping team were fantastic.They did a marvellous job, and were really diligent in the professional approach to the work. They were most considerate along the way, and we appreciated how much they tidied as they went, including the final cleanup. I enjoyed some discussion, banter and advice from them along the way.

We requested a quote which they provided, then after revising our options and therefore the quote they refuse to respond to multiple emails and calls. Obviously only interested if you pay them the maximum amount possible otherwise you simply don't matter to them and they won't bother to respond back - best go elsewhere as we certainly did.
