Charles Cane Reserve / Parndo Yerta — Outdoor Paving in Prospect, SA

This oval is conveniently situated near the train line, with ample street parking around the oval. Has some picnic benches scattered around the oval in shaded and open space. BBQ facilities are clean and undercover nearby the toddler play equipment. Outdoor exercise equipment, football club, coffee & cannoli place nearby and also an Vietnamese snack bar across the road. The lawns are well kept and there are toilets available for use (football club). Family friendly and is well lit in the evenings to safely use the outdoor exercise equipment.

Charles Cane Reserve is a nice sporting oval / family reserve . There is a full size oval which is used mainly for cricket 🏏 in the summer months , also hosting soccer ⚽ and lacrosse 🥅 . At the Northern end of the oval is a outdoor type gym , tables and seating , also just a 30 second walk across the side street is a small but usually quite busy coffee shop . At the Southern end there is a playground and some more seating areas . Adjacent the oval on the Eastern side there is a Celebrations outlet catering for alcohol and other assorted treats , there is also a food van in the carpark of the Celebrations outlet selling hot food ( check opening times for the food vendor ) . Usually many people around walking their dog , or just having a stroll .

Nice little park. A few items for children to play on. Some fun to be had. Big oval to let of energy. BBQ. 2 seating areas. Fenced off, so even better. Come enjoy some outdoors.

Once all the new upgrades are finished this will be a really excellent park. Buzzing with activity on a lovely summers morning. Coffee and food nearby. Grass well maintained.

I walk and jog with my dog regularly at Charles Cane Reserve.. I am looking forward to outdoor gym equipment being installed. I hope we don't have to wait too long.
