Reynella Mitre 10 — Landscaping in Reynella, SA

I did an on line click and collect. The products I chose are always reliable. A couple of my purchases were very discounted. Therefore I doubled up for a family member. This was an easy shopping experience.

I had a really weird interaction today. The aisles don't contain what they say, making things hard to find and when I asked the customer service person, he was strangely rude. We've all had it happen, when you know something, and you listen to someone else talking about that topic/item that you actually know about and it's obvious that the employee has no idea. Like, that's fine, but to do it with a demeaning attitude is really weird. Also, trade price on timber at M10 is more expensive than retail at Bunnings. Which I ended up going to to buy what I needed as there were clear labels. (Bunnings staff know literally nothing, but at least they can admit it when they can't help you.)

All staff I have asked for advice or assistance from have been very knowledgeable and I always have complete confidence in their recommendations. All staff, including those on the front service desk, are always extremely polite and professional. I also like that there are many staff members around to get help from, which I often find lacking in larger stores. Thanks for great service.

The guy behind the paint desk (Dave) was unobtrusively helpful. He conveyed really helpful information, without me feeling like I'm a klutz. Thank you Dave. On leaving the store, I reflected on how friendly all of the staff I encountered were.

A massive shout out to the staff at Reynella Mitre 10 for the help and advice they gave me today for my pizza oven come smoker. Currently doing a test run for tomorrow and we are looking good Merry Christmas to all the team.
