Serving out of turn on a personal visit and look up and down from manager who was on on computer(Wayne) when I mentioned to staff member that fact and he overheard. I swiftly left and went to Kilburn store and they gave excellent service at that store.

I went to Reece on Saturday and was served by Josh, he was very helpful and polite and suggested a better way to fix my problem which was a fiiting out of my rain water tank. If you are the manager of this branch give this young man a pay rise he is very good for your image and company

Showroom display is both clean and packed with bathroom requirements. Very impressed with service too. My attendant was interested and knowledgeable, helping me to purchase. A good experience all round. Thank you Reece Plumbing.

Of the 2 trips I have had here so far I've been very happy. The first time was close to closing time on Saturday to pick up some needed parts. Very knowledgeable and helpful despite giving me the wrong part (not to know, I hadn't measured it before coming). Gave a complete refund on the Monday. Seem very helpful, friendly and a great one stop shop for all your plumbing supplies.
