All the stores are basically set out the same, some items sell out rather fast at Parabanks. So if you see something grab it while it's on the shelf. Staff friendly and helpful when looking for items.

Had a interesting interaction at Big W Parabanks, had seen this happen multiple times When asking this young lad for Product he will tell you they’re OOS or they don’t have them, so I decided to wait around and his “friend” came through and managed to get an entire box of 144 Packs… and this has happened multiple times sold to the very same person… you’ll see in the photos the worker has 2 different outfits on and the worker also scans HIS own rewards card which must be his benefit from the deal.. This must be addressed and the worker has to be moved out of this department as he’s just abusing power and making it unfair for the community of Parabanks to obtain any new One Piece Product 🙏

We’re part of a local community that shops at Big W Parabanks regularly and has always been able to access these products. Since this particular team member started, every visit has been met with him shaking his head saying there’s no stock, followed by what appears to be a fake walk to the stockroom. Despite this, we later witnessed him deliberately go into the back, retrieve two sealed cases of One Piece products before they were released to shelves, and sell them directly to a personal contact by scanning a barcode from the customer’s phone. This behaviour appears intentional and highly irregular. Can management please investigate this matter, and in the meantime remove him from the tech counter and restrict his access to stock checks?

Nice place. Plenty of stuff there for all ocassions , all gear round. Nice staff and well managed check outs.

Big W’s one of those places I keep coming back to. They’ve got a bit of everything — clothes, toys, stuff for the house — and the prices are usually spot on. The store’s easy to get around and the staff are always friendly, which makes a difference. I’ve picked up heaps of things there without ever feeling like I’ve overpaid. It’s become my go-to for everyday shopping. Definitely worth checking out if you want good value without the fuss.
