Waterpro Stepney — Landscaping in Stepney, SA

My Landscaper purchased a Hunter Bluetooth NODE-BT-400 Battery Control from Waterpro. This was installed about 3 years ago. This irrigation controller shews through batteries, they are lucky to last 2 months, and being 9v batteries cost, about $10 each time. It also is hit and miss with the BT, as it does not always connect. I thought it was the nature of the controller. I had a second one installed in May this year (2025). And this unit works perfectly, connects each and every time, and yet to change batteries. Clearly the first one installed was faulty. I rang Waterpro, explained the situation, hoping to get some consideration for a replacement unit. Best they offered was $11 discount on a $253 item. I can buy better online! Very disappointed in the lack of support.

A pleasure to deal with...Purchased a Solo 414 sprayer from their amazon store couple of months ago, had issues with the lid and battery. they were really quick to fix the issue for me, customer service was fantastic, very professional & they care about the customer. highly recommend this company.

Dropped into Waterpro Kent Town recently to pick up some LawnHub products, and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Where do we start? UNREAL CUSTOMER SERVICE! Had a design done, free with my order of gear for my backyard. Hit a few snags with water pressure and the tap timer reducing the flow. Long story short - New timer and fittings shipped pretty much next day FOR FREE! Because they made a judgement error. Simply unreal. It’s still a highlight to this day and a reason my lawn in green✅ And the reason I continue to use their business from Country Victoria!! Highly recommend Clint and Mat who were amazing to deal with.
