He truly knows his stuff and is one of the most motivated real estate agents we’ve come across. Selling your home while living interstate can feel incredibly daunting, not knowing how everything will come together from afar. But Sam and the team made the entire process seamless. They organised everything- gardening, cleaning, and maintenance to ensure the property was presented beautifully for sale. We had spoken with other agents in the area, but were disappointed by their lack of responsiveness and motivation. The difference with Sam and his team was clear from the start. Doman & co had a sign up, styled using local contact Platinum Property Styling and photography done all ready and advertised live for sale within 1 week of Christmas. I contacted Sam as I had been looking to buy for the past 12 years, although I didn't buy from him, out of all the agents I met Sam stood out as the one to use to sell my old house. I purchased a house from this company and expected full transparency, especially as a first-time buyer in Adelaide. Unfortunately, after settlement we discovered several major issues that had not been disclosed to us. The pool was extremely dirty and had clearly not been cleaned before handover. We later found out that multiple parts of the pool system were broken, including the heater and the chlorinator, and we were forced to drain the entire pool. These problems cost us nearly $20,000 to fix. On top of that, we discovered areas in the house where paint had been used to cover defects without informing us, which led to another unexpected $20,000 in repair costs. Overall, the lack of honesty and proper handover caused us significant stress and financial loss. I’m sharing this review so future buyers are aware and can make informed decisions.
