Hugo Ray I had a similar experience, rudness and made to feel responsible for a problem which existed since purchase of a plant. I am not a regular and was looked up and down. I believe this was the problem and not the advice I was given that my plant needs more light than it already gets from my big north facing windows. Then he walked away… 😢
