Bizarre customer service. Business locks its doors, and doesn’t answer the phone when they feel like the work load is too much. Maybe they should consider employing more staff if they can’t service the customers. Very bizarre to be locked out and ignored until the staff finished an email. (Which took around 25minutes). Never ever encountered such weird service!

Had great service from Kerry and Mark and we did choose a different colour but as was explained the cappings were unavailable, so we chose a different colour and cappings were readily available and the photograph shows the wall nearly complete. Thanks to all concerned for the advise and prompt service and blocks were delivered on site on the day arranged.
