Australian Paving Centre Gawler - Roseworthy — Outdoor Paving in Willaston, SA

I bought granite pavers from APC Gawler and was assisted by Nathan (Store Manager). I visited a few times prior to purchase, asked many questions prior to purchase and Nathan was very helpful and understanding on every occasion. After pavers were laid they become discoloured (likely by paveset/silica) which I was having trouble removing. I contacted them to see if they had any ideas. Geoff was very helpful and gave me a bottle of solution to try. It worked with some elbow grease and I returned to buy a bigger bottle. Again Nathan was extremely helpful, even though it was not their causing. I would without hesitation recommend this store for any paving needs, as on every occasion they were extremely helpful and went out of their way to assist.

I’m an IT guy with zero experience building garden bed walls, but thanks to Nathan’s expert advice, I ended up with a perfectly straight and level wall. He took the time to explain everything I needed to know, from choosing the right materials to proper installation techniques. The quality of the bricks and pavers was excellent, and the customer service was top-notch. If you’re looking for a reliable supplier who goes the extra mile, I highly recommend them!

I wanted to make a bench with blocks. I described a seat and length. I was sold blocks. Anyway, $80 of blocks delivered for a seat and I could not work out how to put together. I went to shop and they said I had wrong product , questioned why I was even sold this product, but told if I cut bricks I could do it. But still had a block and cap that couldn’t even be used, and would have to cut 2 end bricks. They said I could not return even tho I was sold something ‘not for purpose’ cause they were not kept on the site. Their only solution was to organise a builder but I would have to pay to make a seat. I ended up giving $80 of blocks away on marketplace. Very unsatisfied. I did buy seconds pavers too and I was very happy with them. Pity the seat left a sour note. I don’t have $80 to throw away.

Richard and the team were fantastic on providing us great product to pave the courtyard and pool are of our new build house. I am no handyman but with their guidance i and my family kids included completed the paving. The quantity sold was spot on for the job. Thanks guys and i will see you again for my next project.
