Best Bricks & Pavers — Outdoor Paving in Wingfield, SA

Disgusting company…. I’m so angry at the moment… I ordered a specific paver and colour… there was a delay of about 8 weeks so they offered an alternate paver with a larger speckle… both myself and the person on the phone to them confirmed the colour was definitely the same and we were assured it was… when the arrived not only are they the wrong colour but they also don’t have the large speckle… they will not take them back or refund…. Despite the fact that this is their error… I don’t believe I am the first customer to be treated this way.. but I won’t leave it.. I have contacted the ACCC and will be investigating legal avenues. The goods were not what was ordered at all.. DO NOT use this company .. customer service is non existent. Bottom middle photo tile selected…first photo tile offed.. insisted it was the same colour.., tiles received !!!! That response is entirely inaccurate. The pavers I choose were cream based called I believe Valencia… your staff member… now apparently off work !! Insisted the replacement offered was the same colour.. it was not even close. You were sent photos as you well know… only a small number were laid and as soon as I saw them it was clear they were grey not cream, nor did they have the large fleck.. I think my photos explain it clearly. I was present when your staff member was spoken to. Your response to me and to other customers is totally inaccurate and you seem to avoid any blame. Not a company to deal with .. you sent completely the wrong product and that is because your member of staff provided totally incorrect information. Clearly Urban and Valencia are different colours but your staff member insisted they were the same. It’s a shame he is now off work !!! A bit of honesty and customer service would go a long way. No wonder you have so many poor reviews. I intend to follow this through.

Had a great experience with Best bricks had a sale rep call about pavers my wife enquired about, he was easy going and very knowledgeable about what would work in our situation. He even took the time out to call past our house and gave advice on the colour that would suit my house. Has made our choice easier

3 separate orders and pavers were inconsistent colour and finish. Management was advised but never got back. Terrible product and woefully service. Response from Best below is inaccurate. The order for seconds in 2020 was for a different house, so all orders were new pavers. Sorry not buying the variation story. Clearly you had bad batch in between orders. I did contact your Sales Manager on two occasions, he came out and said he would follow up but never did.

Went to their yard and picked cream pavers. When they were delivered they were a terracotta colour. When we called to advise this error they refused to accept they sent the wrong pavers and told us it wasnt their problem. If we wanted correct colour we would have to Re pay $120 delivery fee. Poor customer service and business model. No accountability. Would not recommend. What you pick is not what you get!!
