had such a great experience with Backyard Botanist. They were incredibly kind and helpful, and the service was also very fast. We were actually in an emergency and needed to buy something urgently on the same day, even though they were already closed, they stayed extra until we got there to help us out! Honestly such amazing customer service. We’re very grateful and would highly recommend!!

Clean, simple online shopping experience Very well packaged Genuine, no fuss service from Jami when it came to a warranty claim for a Haws watering rose which was replaced in a timely fashion.

I would personally like to thank Jami for their fantastic service and communication regarding a warranty issue. I purchased a Haws watering can and unfortunately after a year and a half, it was faulty with a leak. As soon as i notified Backyard Botanist, Jami was onto it and was extremely diligent to assist with claiming a warranty on my item, and they have organized a replacement for me. Thank you once again Jami, for such a pleasurable shopping experience.

Absolutely fantastic service and communication. Gave up on so many other stores that had such cluttered and convoluted pages and came upon Backyard Botanists. Easy to follow, rapid response, and service. Can't compliment you people enough. I'm not a gardening type myself, but have spread your gospel over here.

Thoroughly professional service. Unlike so many of the dreadful business websites today, the Backyard Botanist's was clear, easy to understand and navigate, as was the comprehensive options for online payment.
