Michael did a fantastic job lopping my privet tree and cutting back the overhanging branches from my neighbour’s tree. He arrived promptly early in the morning and got straight to work. Michael communicated clearly and answered all of my questions, which I really appreciated. I had Michael and his team from MD Tree Work at my home today, and I’m genuinely impressed. From the very beginning, even during the quoting stage, Michael came across as someone with strong knowledge, a real understanding of trees, and a calm confidence. He is a “tree person” by nature and genuinely loves what he does, and I think the price is quite fair. My job was not an easy one. The large tree is in very tight and tricky spots with limited access, surrounded by other plants, big glass windows, and narrow paths. Even so, Michael, handled everything with great skill, patience, and care. Watching Michael work up in the canopy, moving smoothly from branch to branch, was truly impressive, almost like watching an artist at work. Throughout the day, they checked in with me before finishing each part of the job to make sure I was happy with the result. Before they left, even after a full, very busy day, they cleaned up everything and carefully checked every corner of the garden to make sure nothing was wrong. They were very responsible and thoughtful. I feel very lucky to have found the right people to look after my trees.
