Shocking customer service. Made to feel like I shouldn’t have been there and shouldn’t be asking questions. When I asked how the piece would fit was told we just sell them and don’t fit them. Most unhelpful. The part I was sold was not right and did not fit. And 3 times the price for the same item at Bunnings. I know where I should have gone first. Clearly Reece have no interest in dealing with the general public for general plumbing supplies.

PLEASE NOTE. The below review by Ali F. is totally misleading and a lie. I was present as a customer during this incident and witnessed Ali enter the store and was very aggressive and rude to a junior female counter hand flustering her. The manager rightfully intervened and very politely and professionally requested he stop pointing and being so rude and abrupt to the young lady. . He ranted “ as the customer he is always right” while continuing to point and speak very aggressively to the manager and stormed out of the store. The suggestion of racism is deplorable. To leave a review based on lies is shameful and google should remove his review.

The first thing you know when you go to Reece is that you will be served by someone that knows plumbing and knows what they are talking about. The person who served me was jovial and businesses like. I was in and out in no time with exactly what I wanted.
