Absolutely staggeringly great. From the first time I visited Sara Stone in Brunswick East, through to the final installation, everything went smoothly. Mosh was so helpful and friendly, providing really helpful information and useful insights, without being pushy in any way at all. I decided that I wouldn’t go to the other two suppliers I had intended to visit. I was encouraged by Mosh, though, to go to a big showroom elsewhere, where all the stone colours were displayed in full size slabs, and that was definitely worth doing …although we didn’t shift from the original stone selection we made from the samples Mosh gave us. The installation crew was courteous and well-mannered, and they were obviously very intent on making it a perfect job. It seemed that one bench would only slide in through the narrow gap if it was cut and rejoined - I would have been ok with that (you can hardly see joins) but the guys spent some time thinking of alternatives - by removing a cupboard panel (and then re-fitting it afterwards), the bench top went in as a single piece. Brilliant! Our kitchen is now so light and inviting - the difference that new bench tops has made is stunning. The overall cost was very reasonable, and less than we had budgeted on, and pretty much every day my wife walks into that area of the house and says, “I LOVE my new kitchen!” Thanks Mosh and crew.

By looking at the newly installed stone bench top we can assure the decision made to go to Sara Stone for the job is the best! From the beginning they were very professional, knowledgeable, honest and transparent. Genuinely advised us what to do , helped to make the correct decision to select the stone, style etc. And best of all is so worth the price!!! We had been planning our kitchen renovations for a very long time and so getting it perfect was paramount for us! We knew what we wanted in the way of our bench tops but finding a company that could deliver our vision proved difficult indeed, until that is we came across Sara Stone!! We were met with obvious experience, honesty, knowledge, transparency and a FAIR price. Our bench tops were exactly what we wanted, absolutely stunningly perfect and delivered within two weeks. Installation was a breeze with experienced and polite workmen working very well together and having it all done within a few hours, making sure the bench top was clean and no mess was left behind too. Richard was amazing and very professional in helping us renovate our kitchen and chose gorgeous bench tops.
