Hard Rubbish 2 Go — Tree Removal in Burnley, VIC

I had a last minute request to get a fridge removed as I was moving houses. Person on the phone was super friendly and let me know picking up the fridge on Saturday was fine. No extra charge which was awesome. I can’t remember the name of the guy that showed up, but I accidentally put in the wrong address. No worries at all, he laughed it off although it would’ve cost him 15 minutes. Came up, took the fridge out, gave me recommendations when buying/ selling fridges. Absolute legends. Will use this company whenever needing any type of removal. Coming from New Zealand I haven’t had a personal recommendation for this type of stuff but now I’ve got this number saved. Cheers team.

Clear communication - quick response time, easily contactable by phone call and SMS. They also have an email and a website. Efficient service - arrived within promised timeframe and got the job done quickly. Good customer service - Josh who did the removal was friendly and helpful, same goes for the admin who I had communication with. Pricing and business practice were fair and honest - I received an email invoice to me that allowed me to pay by credit card / Apple Pay after the service was completed. Someone needs to speak with your driver about their behavior on the road. Driving in a bike lane, failing to give way, and then flipping off another driver while swearing creates an extremely poor image for your company. This kind of conduct is unacceptable and dangerous. Update: This was on the 26/09/25 approx 4PM on corner of Ingles and Turber st outside Volvo Melbourne.
