Shameful Behavior - Cannot Be Trusted I bought into their Agora Development through Freedom Property Scammers.. sorry Investors and has been nothing short of a nightmare, marked by constant misleading information and a complete disregard for contractual obligations. As an investor, I was consistently fed false updates regarding the development's status, which is now over 2.5 years behind schedule and their budget apparently. They unilaterally attempted to terminate my original contract, and offered to re-sign a new one at a higher price. Their subsequent attempts to issue cancellation deeds, and then a "mutual" termination deed, were clear attempts to bypass their own contract's limitations – there was nothing mutual about it. They repeatedly tried to circumvent my solicitor, preferring to communicate through their agent, Freedom Property Investors who multiple times suggested that they if I didn't terminate or resign that it would be dragged out to sunset. Furthermore, they fought hard to avoid honoring their own contract conditions, specifically refusing to refund the interest earned on my deposit held in trust. It's clear that, in conjunction with Freedom Property Investors, abusing hundreds of investors out of their money. Their actions demonstrate a severe lack of integrity and trustworthiness. I received the letter from Freedom attached 7 days before their date at the bottom some 62 days after it was dated.

Good apartment but be careful of the additional costs. We bought into an apartment and the stated owners corporation fees were well below what the fees should have been. We also discovered that prior to releasing the apartments to those who purchased off the plan, the developers entered into 10 year contracts with suppliers at higher than market rates and year on year increases. On one contract, which now forms over a third of our owners corporation fees, we are now paying double the market rates.

July 2024

During the Covid period, I made the decision to purchase an apartment in Ivanhoe. I must admit that I had concerns about the timely delivery of the property or the possibility of price increases. However, I am pleased to say that Blue Earth Group fulfilled their promises and delivered on time. One of the things I absolutely love about my apartment is the stunning city view I get to enjoy from my balcony. Moreover, the amenities such as the car wash and gym facilities have proven to be incredibly convenient, saving me both time and money.

I purchased an off-plan apartment from the developer Blue Earth Group few years ago at Ivanhoe and moved to the apartment during Covid. I was nervous about how Covid will impact my settlement given so many uncertainties, however everything settled smoothly. I love my apartment which is exactly what I expected, and the building manager also looks after all the residents. The big highlights would be the various amenities – business center (especially the individual room which gives so much privacy), amazing gym, lovely private cinema, squash court and so many others. I love the whole experience and would recommend Blue Earth Group to all.
