Very disappointed with my experience. It took 4 weeks for my order of concrete sleepers to be ready, and when I went to pick it up, the order was incorrect. On top of that, the staff were rude and unhelpful when I raised the issue. Mistakes happen, but the lack of professionalism and poor customer service was really frustrating. After waiting that long, I expected better. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend them based on this experience.
